The single best indicator of whether or not therapy will be “successful” is the degree to which you feel safe, seen, and comfortable with your therapist. For many folks, finding the right “fit” with a therapist can be a bit of a process.
Because fit it so important, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, during which you can get a better feel for my style before scheduling a session.
